F.A.R. - Funds for Artists Resiliency Project
ARTISTS: Karlie Elliott, Heather van der Ven, Brindi Young, Raina Bolton
The Trinity County Arts Council is proud to have been able to implement a beautiful mural project in Hayfork Ca, courtesy of funding by The Ink People Center for the Arts and the Humboldt Area Foundation.
Our team of artists were best buds in high school with art as a shared interest. Each has pursued an education and career, to be reunited for the production of a mural that will be installed this summer. Congratulations to Karlie Elliott, Brindi Young, Raina Bolton, and Heather Murphy.
( FAR awarded eight grants between $2,000 and $5,000 this fall to proposals for works of public art in Humboldt, Del Norte and Trinity counties. It is made possible by the Humboldt Area Foundation, the Wild Rivers Foundation, the Rose Perenin Foundation, and individual donors. Complete story www.inkpeople.org/far)
