TCAC is a 501(c)(3) non-profit.  We depend upon funding from grants, donations, and memberships.

WHY BECOME A MEMBER?
With funds from your membership, we are able to engage artists and residents in all reaches of Trinity County to insure that our programs represent ALL of Trinity County.  We are able to actively support our youngsters through the Trinity Together Cradle to Career internship program in which we mentor high school students.

Your membership to the Trinity County Arts Council allows us to host high quality classes, events, and exhibits.  Your membership enables us to produce engaging festivals that employ artists and musicians who entertain and provide hands-on experiences in many unusual forms of art: Frontier Days, Trinity Art in the Alps: Ceramics & Glass, and the Artists in Action Festival.  These festivals are advertised throughout the North State, increasing the visibility of Trinity County, our businesses and our arts scene.  Most of our events are free to the public, thanks to your support.

Your Membership
  *   Funds our Art in Education, K-12 AND Children’s Programs
  *  Support the monthly ART  CRUISE- generating revenue for both artists and participating merchants
  *  Representation in the ARTIST  REGISTRY on our website (Coming Soon ! Email if you wish to be notified)
  *  Email Invitation to Arts Opportunities and Events in Trinity County and neighboring counties
  *  Your Support enables the ARTS Council to pump energy into the promotion of more than 60 events in Trinity County,
      increasing tourism
  *  We have begun to develop the Weaverville; Arts & Culture District that will add Trinity to the national directory of
Cultural Tourism Destinations and place us in the Visit California tourism venue.  This very costly and labor intensive
project will pay huge dividends for our future.

EVERY dollar received by you is matched by the California Arts Council, doubling your impact.
The Trinity County Arts Council wants to thank all of its members and sponsors for “Making Art Happen” in our community.
