1st Saturday of every month, the Arts Council hosts an Art Walk in historic Weaverville that includes from 8 to 15 venues.  Our 3 fine art galleries hold their artist’s receptions from 5-8 p.m. providing an opportunity to engage with the artist. Live music often accompanies the one mile stroll.  Follow the Art Flags for festive family fun !   Details of the Current Art Cruise are on FB Trinity County Arts Alive!

  GALLERIES & SPECIALTY SHOPS
Trinity County is most fortunate to have 3 fine arts galleries and a number of artists' studios in Hayfork, Lewiston, and Weaverville, that are open to the public during regular business hours.
The Historic District of Weaverville includes 3 art galleries, a fine art jeweler, and an antique store that showcases original art from the ages, Sweet Sheep Yarn Shop providing a wide selection of specialty yarns and classes about crochet and knitting, Angela's Bead Art with a massive selection of components to create jewelry.   Within walking distance, one can stroll to the a plethora of antique/collectible shops.

Historic Lewiston features original artwork at the Country Peddler and Deadwood Trading Post, open during the Summer and seasonal hours for Spring and Autumn.  Call for hours.

Hayfork fine art photographer and graphic artist Brian Gossman, glass artist Lisa Howell, and metal artist and graphic artist Ryan Howell share space in the Art Shoppe on Hwy 3.  One of them is usually working and glad for drop-ins, but good to call for hours.          More  Details about Galleries and Specialty Shops

LIVE ENTERTAINMENT   Trinity County has many venues for Live Entertainment in all regions of the county.  Some Live Performances are part of a planned event, others are of the Pop-UP variety.  Trinity is fortunate to be located in-between Eureka on the California Coast and Redding and Sacramento.  Many well known and talented bands stop  by for an evening of raucous tunes in route to a bigger burg.  From stand-up comedy and Open-Mic to Ballet, it can be found in Trinity.        Explore Music Venues
